"Missing manual for dads"
I received this bag in black as a Christmas gift. I loved the look and functionality. I received many compliments before the handle fell off after 2 weeks of use. I finally found an email for the company (they don't post their contact info on the website or with the bag)and contacted them. They said they would send me out a set of replacement screws.After 2 months and 4 unanswered emails, I still have a broken bag. If you buy this you might get lucky and not have to deal with the company but if you do, plan on buying a replacement bag.

Just like another reviewer on this site, I used the bag for about two weeks and then the handle fell off. The pin that holds the handle on the bag is very small and it was lost when the handle fell off. I am not very confident that the company is going to send me a replacement. It was a nice bag for the first two weeks, but now it is worthless with only one handle. I would not recommend this product.

I am VERY satisfied with the quality and design of this attractive briefcase. As another reviewer remarked, I also had problems with the handle. This was promptly and kindly resolved by the company's customer service department. I was sent a replacement set of screws and used one of them to insert into the faulty handle. The instructions I was given on how to solidly set the screw were useful and much appreciated. I have had NO problems with this case from that point on. It's a bargain that is worth many times the asking price. Have gotten MANY favorable comments on this briefbag and requests about how and where to get one. Spacious, with a waterproof exterior and extremely well-designed, this briefcase, in either black or burgundy, will not disappoint. Perfect for the business, legal or medical professional who needs to carry a laptop computer along with files and documents. Highly recommended.
