 Pitiful CameraJan 07, 2010
I was very disappointed with this camera. It had gotten so many rave reviews on Amazon. It is not made well, has a tiny screen and is pretty complicated to figure out. I wish I would have spent the extra $50 for a better camera rather than throwing away the 70$ I spent on this one.

I bought this for my grandson and found it was difficult to use and the quality of the picture was poor. I am in the process of getting a credit back to my account.

I ordered this camera for my 8 year old daughter for christmas and am so glad my mom and I decided to try it out before giving it to her. Even after an hour of trying we couldn't get the videos we took to download to my mom's computer. After we turned off the camera anything we had shot would disappear. I'm so glad we tried this out before I gave it to my daughter she would have been disappointed too.

This camera wasn't what i was hoping for. The images were very dark, you'd have to use a spotlight indoors to use it. So sunny days outside is best i guess. And where was the sound i couldn't hear anything. I sent the Discovery Camera back and ended up getting our 8yr old an Ipod that had a video camera on it.
