 Beautiful but poor craftsmanship and supportOct 04, 2009
I purchased this bag in July and inititally rated it very high due to its looks. Within 2 1/2 months, the feet literally just fell off - both within a two day period. I emailed the seller and received a prompt response but the seller wanted me to ship it back and let them work on it or get it replaced by the manufacturer. I travel weekly by air with two notebook computers and need a travel case so I asked if the seller could just send me a replacement and I would return the old one in the same box. The seller refused to do this. I find this unacceptable for a case that I spent this much money on and I am expected to pay for packaging and freight! I would be OK with paying a deposit and then have it refunded when the original unit was received by the seller but I find it ironic that I bear all the risk.
I also researched and contacted the manufacturer (Mancini) directly in Canada. It took them 2 weeks almost to respond to their warranty email. The response was to ask for the model and description which I provided. It has been another two weeks since then and still no further communication. Unbelieveable!
Buy this at your own peril!

This is exactly what one needs when you need your office and personal belongings to be mobile. It is sleek, beautiful, sturdy, and versatile.
